1. Our intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the following belong to Hai Ha LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws:

  • The original artwork, illustrations, graphics, typography, and product designs sold on melodyrack.com
  • Product photographs, mockups, and images we create
  • Text, product descriptions, page copy, and the layout and design of the site
  • The Melodyrack name and logo

Buying a shirt transfers ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer ownership of the design, the Melodyrack name, or the site content.

Melodyrack is a store name used by Hai Ha LLC. This notice does not claim that the Melodyrack name or logo is a registered trademark. We do not use the ® symbol. We do not describe Melodyrack products as official, authentic, licensed, or tour edition.

2. What you may and may not do

You may view the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to our product pages.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or sell our designs, images, or text
  • Use our designs to make or sell products, including on print-on-demand platforms or marketplaces
  • Use the Melodyrack name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us
  • Scrape or copy our product listings, images, or descriptions in bulk
  • Remove any copyright notice from our materials

3. Designs we sell

Melodyrack sells print-on-demand apparel, mainly t-shirts, printed with original graphics after the order is placed. Items are new goods sold under the Melodyrack store name.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods. We do not apply another company’s trademark or logo to a shirt in order to pass it off as that company’s product. Unless a product page expressly says that a specific design is licensed, Melodyrack products are not officially licensed, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by any recording artist, band, songwriter, publisher, record label, venue, festival, or music platform.

4. Third-party names

Names of blank-garment suppliers, payment processors, and carriers may appear where needed to describe the product or the order. Those names belong to their owners. Using them to identify a blank shirt, a payment method, or a shipment does not mean those owners sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with Melodyrack or Hai Ha LLC.

5. How to report a concern

Copyright: follow the DMCA Policy at https://melodyrack.com/dmca-policy/. Email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA notice” or “DMCA counter-notice,” and include the product URL. After a complete notice, we remove or disable the listing, usually within 2 business days.

Trademark or other right: email [email protected] with the subject line “Trademark notice” and include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email; the right you claim; the melodyrack.com URL; a short explanation; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We review each complete notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable the listing. Knowingly submitting a false claim may have legal consequences.

6. Repeat infringers

Hai Ha LLC may refuse or cancel listings and orders connected with more than one valid copyright or trademark notice.

7. Suggestions

If you email us an idea or design, do not send artwork you do not own or are not authorized to share. We do not accept unsolicited designs as a transfer of rights. We will not use a design you submit unless we agree to that use in writing.

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
